What is a mobile bar?

A mobile bar is a fully portable bar setup that can be brought to your event location, offering professional bartending services and customized drink menus.

What types of events do you cater to?

We cater to a variety of events, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, and more.

Do you provide the alcohol, or do we need to supply it?

We offer flexible options: we can supply the alcohol, or you can provide it, and we’ll handle the rest. Take a look at our packages to see what suits your event. 

Can you serve non-alcoholic drinks or mocktails?

Absolutely! We offer a wide range of mocktails and soft drinks to suit all guests.


Booking & Customization

How far in advance do I need to book your services?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, but feel free to reach out for last-minute inquiries!

Can you create a custom cocktail menu for my event?

Yes, we specialize in tailoring our menu to match your event theme, preferences, and guest list.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes, we have several customizable packages to suit different event sizes and budgets.

Can I request a specific theme or bar setup?

Definitely! We love working with clients to create themed setups, from décor to drink presentation. Just get in touch!


Logistics & Operations

What areas do you serve?

We currently operate in Nairobi, Kenya, but we’re happy to discuss travel options for events outside this region.

How much space do you need for the bar setup?

We require a minimum of 4m by 2m for the bar. The height of the trailer is approx. 2.4m. 

Do you provide bartenders and glassware?

Yes, our services include professional bartenders and all necessary bar tools. We can provide glassware at an additional but fair price. 


Pricing & Payment

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the package and event specifics. Contact us for a personalized quote!

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due one week before the event.

Are gratuities included in the price?

Gratuities are not included but are appreciated for excellent service.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
